A glimpse of the Grand Finale of the KYN Corporate Engagement Program (CEP), the biggest corporate talent hunt showcasing skills across IT parks in Chennai, took place last weekend at VGP Wonder World with the gracious presence of renowned celebrities — actress Yashika Aannand, choreographer Sridhar Master, playback singers Devan Ekambaram and Roshini, fashion choreographer Karun Raman, and KPY fame Naveen and Yogi, along with VGS Bharath Raj, Director of VGP Wonder World. 40 finalists from 10 IT corridors in Chennai competed on the grand stage with a variety of competitions, including dance, singing, mime, stand-up comedy, mimicry, reels contests, and a fashion show. The overall winner, Arun was awarded with a Suzuki bike; the winners of Singing & Dancing contests, Thendral and Megana, respectively, prized iPhones and cash rewards. KYN’s Take ONE Short Film Contest Grand Finale celebrated the remarkable filmmaking talent emerging from Chennai’s neighborhoods. With over 500 submissions, the top 3 short films were honored on November 8th at LE MAGIC LANTERN, in the gracious presence of industry icons and juries — Gautham Vasudev Menon, Pushkar–Gayathri, Sashikanth & Sameer Bharat Ram. The winners were awarded prestigious rewards and given exclusive opportunities with the judges production houses. KYN, a platform for hyperlocal connectivity and discovery, remains dedicated to empowering the community through such initiatives.
