Prospecting and Lead Generation: - Identify and connect potential clients and relevant opportunities. - Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. 2. Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their CSR, ESG, and Sustainability goals. 3. Sales Strategy and Execution: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. - Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in CSR, ESG, or Sustainability sectors. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
