Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Fish Cell Culture & Bioprocessing Specialist with an M.Sc. and 3 to 4 years of experience in fish cell culture and bioprocessing or a PhD fresher in relevant area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing cell culture protocols, conducting bioprocess experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings. Key Responsibilities: 👉Develop and optimize fish cell culture protocols to improve yield and quality. 👉Conduct experiments to assess cell growth, viability, and differentiation. 👉Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate bioprocessing techniques into product development. 👉Analyze experimental data and present findings to stakeholders. 👉Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in laboratory settings. 👉Maintain detailed records of experiments and contribute to scientific documentation.
