Boys played well.🇮🇳💯 46°C, feels like 58°C, Taveras- Boleros-Scorpios, Sattu, roads without concrete but dedication on its peak; this is how #BiharLoksabhaElections went for the Political Mitra Team. There were approximately more than 50 brains assigned per Loksabha seat. The soul of #PoliticalPR and efficient ground strategy lies in the dedication of the Ground team. We can gauge the effectiveness & efficiency of the digital team or the communication team by scrolling through the insights and data, but understanding the efforts of the ground team requires a whole set of subjective analysis with first hand ground experience. Or else it will remain unsung. The "dedication" of the ground team is beyond endless working hours, late night meetings and back to back deadlines. The dedication also counts working in the area where they can't get required calories for hours, they hide their skin rashes (of course due to record breaking heatwave) with full sleeves, not complaining about vehicles with only engine & wheel axle is the working part, and tolerating local level resistance. Their Dedication must count their tendency to take a risk to bypass my instructions to get the work done according to the 'situation & needs'. It is quite easy to look upon some previous data and some flaud suggestions by unemployed Yuva Netas and ordering the team to work on a directionless strategy, but the story on the ground sounds like a different planet. Unexplored villages, unknown people and unidentified ground equations, yet the team completed their assigned task with 95% efficiency, this was nothing, but their sheer dedication.
