When you’re onboarding a new hire, a lot rides on their experience in the first few days. You want to set them up for success and make them feel like part of the team from day one (or even as soon as they sign the offer letter). The challenge here is that onboarding has so many moving pieces. At Clicklease, we solved this by setting up an onboarding flow that handles everything automatically, sending the right info and access at the right time. Here’s how automated reporting moved the needle for us: - It frees up HR and managers to focus on important things like strategy, the big picture, and getting to know the new hire. - It ensures new hires get only the level of tool/app access they need, and nothing more. Much less room for error. - It removes the sort of communication breakdowns that leave new hires feeling alienated or directionless. As many HR/People Ops departments reflect on 2024 and plan for 2025, EX is always top of mind... All of us get one chance to make a great first impression.
