About us
We have been in Agriculture and allied activities since June 2002 with our Agricultural firm Sushil Agro Farm - 100 Acres of coverage, with ample of experience as cultivators of several Fruits and Vegetables and in-depth understanding of post harvest practicality and the forward supply chain. We entered Processing of farm fresh rhizomes in to Powder products in June 2014, POWDER PRODUCTS - Ingredients that are essential to the culinary ethnic recipes. Since 2014 we are manufacturing with the traditional turmeric processing methodology. We started building a Facility with Proprietary process from March 2016 and as of today are operational with Processing Capability of spices including turmeric, ginger, onion and garlic of 500 tonnes per annum i.e. 1 MT finished goods per day basis. Processing of farm fresh rhizomes in to Powder products. We partnered with Akola University and piloted the Turmeric Processing methodology which ensured complete in-house operations and allowed to reduce the time of processing rhizomes to powder by eliminating sun drying prospect by use of reactor vessel and cabinet dryers to arrive at the dry/dehydrated rhizome suitable for quality powder products manufacturing. We a food processing company with the moto of “Partners To Profession Of Hope”. We are 100 % farmer centric company and is established with the motive of eliminating the cumbersome practice of primary processing at farmers end. Traditionally rhizome based spices like turmeric and ginger require 15-20 days for sun drying and accepted into markets. We have optimised a process where in same can be reduced to one batch of 12 hrs and bonus is improvement of bioactive elements. We have improved curcumin content in same crop from 2 % in traditional processing to 4.8% in our proprietary process. Proprietary process and the designed facility enables us to to fulfill demands of the most quality conscious buyers.
