🌟 We Have Exciting News to Share! 🌟 We are delighted to announce that F. Samuel Eberts III has joined us as the Chairman of our Advisory Board. Sam is a distinguished leader with more than three decades of experience in executive and board positions across diverse sectors including healthcare, consumer goods, and industrial services. His extensive background encompasses deep management expertise in various roles from product design and corporate communications to regulatory and payer strategies, compliance, and M&A transactions. Sam's current roles include Partner at Market Street Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm focused on healthcare investments, and Senior Advisor to Invescore Ltd., an investment bank with global reach. He is also a Senior Lecturing Fellow at Duke University School of Law, where he teaches Law and Business Strategy, and the founder of the Daerter Group, an advisory firm specializing in healthcare startups. His previous leadership positions include CEO and Board Chair at Aquyre Biosciences, where he spearheaded a major reorganization to integrate advanced technologies like AI into their systems. Before Aquyre, Sam retired as the Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Affairs at LabCorp, where he had enterprise-wide responsibility over critical departments such as Legal, Compliance, and Public Policy. Sam also serves on the boards of several high-profile organizations, including DIH, Inc., Synergy VetPet, and Thermaissance. His leadership extends to nonprofit work as Board Chair for Easter Seals/UCP of North Carolina and Virginia, and Action in Africa. His advisory roles span the National Small Business Association and the Woodrow Wilson Center, among others. As an educator and speaker, Sam has contributed his knowledge at institutions like Harvard, Duke, and the University of Texas, sharing insights on healthcare policy and leadership. We are thrilled to announce the addition of Veteran Air Vice Marshal Sudhanshu Saxena VSM to our team as an Aerospace and Defence Consultant. With his extensive experience and expertise, Sir will play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategy and driving key initiatives for our defence vertical. Air Vice Marshal Sudhanshu Saxena Sir holds a postgraduate degree in Engineering and had a distinguished 35-year career in the Indian Air Force (IAF), where he held numerous significant positions. As the Commanding officer of two critical IAF establishments, he made significant contribution in enhancing their operational efficiency through visionary leadership. His outstanding service was recognized with the Vishisht Sewa Medal by the President of India and a Commendation by the Chief of Air Staff for his devotion to duty. Additionally, he served as the Head of Faculty at a premier deemed University in Pune during his tenure with the IAF. Following his retirement, AVM Saxena Sir has spent the last four years working as an Advisor in the field of Aerospace & Defence. He is a qualified Independent Director from the prestigious Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurugram. AVM Saxena Sir brings extensive administrative and operational experience, complemented by his global exposure through participation in numerous international and national conferences as a session chair and panel expert. He has represented the IAF as a defence expert in various foreign countries and has been sought after by national TV channels for his insights on defence issues. Additionally, he has been actively involved in social and welfare organizations. A true patriot, AVM Saxena Sir is renowned for his leadership qualities, professionalism, and commitment to teamwork, prioritizing the welfare of his team members above all else. In his leisure time, he enjoys travelling, reading, practicing yoga, and playing golf.
