#SustainableSaturdays🌍 In the recent weeks we saw citizens of Mumbai facing the consequences of the declining quality of air. The Clean Mumbai Helpline has come to the rescue of the citizens. Waatavaran recently published a report on the ‘𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐌 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐢 𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞’ 📊In October, our findings and recommendations were officially submitted to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. We hope that the government will implement the recommendations from the report! 💡 As part of this initiative, 44 individuals were encouraged and supported in registering complaints about Construction & Demolition (C&D) dust guideline violations through the helpline.
