If you think you see Indian teams and European teams together in these photos, you should change your glasses because ... we are just one team : thus ends 3 incredible days with MeTS colleagues in Mumbai and Pune. For the last 3 days, I had the immense privilege of accompanying the MeTS steering committee to our offices in India. 3 days during which so many exchanges, interactions and mutual discoveries took place. Many Dhanyawaad 🙏🙏🙏 to our hosts : Deepak Chandnani, Venkat Sriramagiri, Shantanu Kulkarni, Rajiv Subramanian, Bindu Nair, Viral Amin and all our Indian colleagues 😊. Thanks, Danke, Merci to MeTS manco heads for their precious time. (Great Danke also to Susanne Baltes and warm thanks to James Bain and Kevin Jones for our inspiring exchanges) Because we are MeTS. A BIG Thank you to my COO Venkat Sriramagiri and my manager Ankit Doshi for planning my farewell parties at all locations where my teams are stationed i.e. Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore over the last couple of weeks. These memories will be cherished for a long time in my retired life. I would love to be associated in future with Worldline Global Services in any capacity, if an opportunity arises.

Last week, I had the opportunity to visit our Global Competence Centers (GCCs) in Poland and Romania, engaging with senior leaders who are pivotal to driving Worldline’s vision of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. In Poland, I was delighted to announce the appointment of our new GCC Heads Anna Faliszewska and Dagna Chrzanowska. These dynamic leaders along with Poland management team will drive the next phase of growth, fostering a culture of empowerment and operational scale. Their leadership, coupled with the team's unwavering commitment, ensures Poland GCC’s alignment with our global objectives and ability to deliver exceptional value. In Romania, we had enriching interactions with senior leaders managing key group functions, including Finance, HR, and Cybersecurity. Their expertise and strategic contributions are critical to reinforcing the foundational pillars that support our global operations. We exchaged ideas to strengthen cohesive ONE WL GCC ecosystem through local empowerment, collaboration, and scalability. A special thank you to the teams in Poland and Romania for their hospitality, insightful discussions, and dedication to excellence. I’m excited about the opportunities ahead as we continue to drive greater synergy across all WL GCCs to create sustained value for the group.
