It was our annual event, and I needed to quickly summarize Worldline Global Services journey within a tight timeframe. AS WGS has a long list of achievements, so I transformed it into a RAP song. I wrote the entire journey as a RAP, and to my surprise, the lyrics seamlessly turned into a full RAP song.   The next challenge was figuring out who would perform the RAP and do it justice.   That's when Jonathan had a brilliant idea—AI.   It was incredible to see how artificial intelligence could be applied in ways beyond just project or IT-related products. Not only did I enjoy it, but everyone else in our organization did as well. Take a look! Happy to be in Melbourne after many years, bringing back cherished memories of working at ANZ, friendships, and family get-togethers. It was great to participate in the ANZ WL JV board meeting and the Strategy Day where we discussed how GCC can enable fast-tracking execution, bring in innovation on key strategic priorities of the JV. I truly enjoyed our meaningful interactions and alignment with Raphael du Vignau , Steve Aliferis , Nikki Findlay, and Carl Walsh, FCA on how we can jointly deliver continuous value. Additionally, I enjoyed engaging with the ANZ WL staff during the Strategy Day, presenting the WL GCC partnership along with Nikki. A Successful Visit Across India - Strengthening Our Future Together! Recently, Gerrit Deloose from BSA team visited WGS locations in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Chennai, where team took significant steps towards our Oracle eBS R12 Upgrade Go-Live and laid the foundation for our strategic planning for 2025. During this visit, team focused on key aspects like Smooth Go-Live preparation, Availability planning, hyper care strategies, and monitoring for long-term stability. One of the highlights of the visit was a strong focus on Digitization and AI, exploring innovative opportunities to enhance efficiency, automate processes, and drive forward our transformation goals. In addition to the technical and strategic discussions, team lunches and dinners fostered informal conversations and strengthened our collaboration, reinforcing the importance of teamwork and leadership alignment.
