AbstractAbstract
[en] A series of the neutral kaons regeneration experiments has been made in recent years using various regenerators in the neutral beam of the Serpukhov synchrotron. The paper gives results from the last run of regeneration experiments - the coherent regeneration of long-lived kaons into short-lived kaons on the carbon, using the regeneration length of 97 cm and the kaons decay zone of 6 m length, where in addition to previous carbon experiment the data in the momentum intervals of 12 and 16 GeV/c have been obtained

AbstractAbstract
[en] The method of the coupled channels applied to the inelastic scattering on collective nuclear states is reviewed. After discussing the basic concepts of the method the equations are given in a suitable from for practical numerical analysis. The equations specialized to the scattering on collective nuclear states describe the interaction as a non-spherical optical model-potential. The shape of this complex potential behaves like the actual nuclear shape. In the subsequent part of the paper the matrix elements of this potential are studied in different collective excitation modes. Finally, the usefulness of the coupled channels' method is illustrated by experimental examples. (Sz.Z.)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Considered is the recording and control system of a triaxial neutron spectrometer on the basis of the 1001-TPA-i computer and CAMAC system blocks. The system is designed for providing operative effect on measurement processes using spectrometers. The triaxial spectrometer installed at the WWR-M nuclear reactor is equipped with the proposed system. The proposed layout represents on-line cyclic control system, where computer output signals of TPA-1001-i type put into action elements of motion of the triaxial spectrometer. At the same time, the computer estimates measurement results on the basis of obtained information (angle positions, number of detector and monitor readings) and introduces necessary changes in the recording-control program. The system consists of a 1001-TPA-i type computer, interface made of CAMAC blocks, and electronic connecting block. Presented is the block diagram of the considered recording and control system as well as layout of the CAMAC interface and the computer. It is stressed that the used program system module structure allows to submit some program with subprograms

[en] The partition function of d dimensional systems is estimated with the help of a variational Ansatz in terms of quasi-(d - 1)-dimensional systems. The internal energy and the string tension derived in this framework agree reasonably with the Monte Carlo data. (orig.)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Activation cross sections for the reactions 28Si(n,p)28Al (Tsub(1/2) = 2.31 m), 29Si(n,p)29Al (Tsub(1/2) = 6.6 m), 37Cl(n,p)37S (Tsub(1/2) = 5.06 m), 37Cl(n,α)34P (Tsub(1/2) =12.4 s), 23Na(n,α)20F (Tsub(1/2) = 11.41 s), 34S(n,p)34P (Tsub(1/2) = 12.4 s) have been measured by using the mixed powder method. A fast pneumatic sample transport system /with transport time of about 1 sec/ was used. The γ-rays were detected in a low background measuring place by Ge/Li/ detector. The measured cross sections are: 234 +- 15; 104 +- 8; 34 +- 3; 26.3 +- 1.9; 111 +- 9; 72.4 +- 5.2 mb respectively. The results will be compared with other published data. (author)

AbstractAbstract
[en] The excitation functions of the (n,p) and (n,2n) reactions have been determined in the neutron energy range of 13,5-14,7 MeV for 56Fe only for (n,p), 58Ni and 65Cu nuclei by the activation method. The results were compared with Hauser-Feshbach calculations which had not contained any free parameters. The analysis did not reveal any direct appearance of shell effects. Evidence has been found that the gamma deexitation mode might effectively compete with particle emission in cases where only few levels of the finite nucleus could be populated after the emission of the last particle. AbstractAbstract
[en] This work gives results of activation cross-sections measurement of the 19F(n, p)19O, 19F(n, α)16N; 208Pb(n, 2n) sup(207m)Pb reactions. With short 28.9 sec, 7.1 sec and 0.8 sec halflife accordingly for the 14.6 MeV neutrons. Then the excitation function measurements of the (n, p) and (n, 2n) reactions for 58Ni and 65Cu isotopes for 13.5-14.7 MeV neutrons are described. The results of measurements of activation cross sections of the 19F(n, p)14O, 19F(n, α)16N, 208Pb(n, 2n) sup(207m)Pb reactions with a short half-life of 28.9 s, 7.1 s and 0.8 s, respectively, at the 14.6 MeV neutron energy are discussed. The measured values of the cross sections are: 15.3+-1.2 mb for the 19F(n, p)19O reaction, 18.9+-1.9 mb for the 19F(n, α)16N reaction, 1274+-97 mb for the sup(208)Pb(n, 2n)sup(207m)Pb reaction. The measurements of the excitation functions of the (n, p) and (n, 2n) reactions for 58Ni and 65Cu isotopes at 13.5-14.7 MeV neutron energy are described
