AbstractAbstract
[en] Possible application of the Tikhonov regularization method for processing lined spectra to improve resolution is studied. The estimation connecting the resolution improvement with the error of initial data is obtained. The calculation algorithm for the processing errors which is tested on the results of model spectra reconstruction is given. The results of application of the regularization method for decoding difficult parts of gamma-spectra of activation analysis are presented. It is proposed to use the regularization method for reconstruction of the genuine shape of X-ray lines according to X-ray analysis data

AbstractAbstract
[en] Methods of X-ray line profile analysis and transmission electron microscopy are used to study dislocation structure of preliminarily deformed specimens of high nickel alloy Kh20N45M4BCh before and after irradiation in BN-600 reactor at three damage rate levels. Dislocation loop size and concentration linear dislocation density are determined depending on irradiation parameters and initial dislocation network density. The results obtained can be used to forecast microstructural changes at more high radiation doses

Original Title

AbstractAbstract
[en] A phenomenological theory for structural changes and behaviour of fission gas products in the irradiated uranium dioxide is discussed. Based on the analysis of experimental data it is shown that in the irradiated uranium dioxide the process of gas swelling cannot take place due to the presence of a sublattice of vacancy clusters capable to capture fission-induced gas atoms. The increase in fuel porosity occurs due to the reduction of the grain (equivalent spheres) size. The relations physically substantiated are presented for technological estimates of gas release from uranium dioxide and of its volume increase in the container-type fuel pins as applied to the operation conditions of the PWR- and Parge LWGR-type reactor cores

AbstractAbstract
[en] Numerical analysis of changes of X-ray diffraction pattern in chromium steels after ionic irradiation was conducted. Samples of Kh12MFB steel of ferrite-martensite type, subjected to standard heat treatment (normalizing at 1050 deg and tempering at 720 deg C) with successive aging at 500 deg C during 1.5 H, were irradiated by 40 keV Ar ions up to doses of 1017-3.1018 ion/cm2 at 500 deg C. Analysis of diffraction effects, accompanying radiation-induced lamination in alloys of iron-chromium system, as well as of changes, taking place during annealing shows that the role of irradiation is not reduced to transformation stimulation in solid solution, usually observed under thermal holdings

AbstractAbstract
[en] Samples of polycrystalline Ni of H-O mark have been irradiated in CM-2 reactor at 15O deg C temperature by 1x1020, 1.5x1021, 2.1x1021 n/cm2 (E>0.1 MeV) fluences. Profiles of diffraction line (420) are investigated. After determination of physical profile of X-ray lines carried out is their subdivision in Bragg and diffusion components of scattering. Widths, positions and intensities of both scattering components are obtained. Concentration and dimension of radiation defects are evaluated on the base of theory of X-ray scattering with imperfect crystals by characteristics of diffusion scattering

AbstractAbstract
[en] Samples of polycrystalline molybdenum having the mass impurity share of 4x10-4 are irradiated in the SM-2 reactor at the temperature of 150-170 deg C with fluences of 1.5x1020; 2.8x1020; 1.4x1021; 2.2x1021 and 1.4x1022 neutr/cm2 (E>0.1 MeV). Profiles of (200) and (400) diffraction lines are investigated. Using the programme of calculations with the BEhSM-6 computer profiles of functions of actual breadth are reconstructed. Bragg and diffuse scattering constituents are singled out. The following characteristics for the two scattering components are presented: angular position, integral semi-width and intensity. Experimental characteristics of diffuse scattering are compared with calculations on the basis of the scattering theory of X-rays with imperfect crystals, using the data of electron microscopy on the availability of dislocation loops

[en] Reactor irradiation effect on the 03Kh20N45M4BCh high nickel alloy determined creep rate at 575-650 deg C is studied. Dislocation density dependences on conditions and test parameters are determined. It is stated that reactor irradiation results in dislocation rate increase but has no effect on the obstacle characteristics limiting the rate of dislocation motion

AbstractAbstract
[en] The results of using the restoration technique of the physical profile of lines for the study of radiation defects by X-ray methods, parameters of the block structure and measurement of microstresses in irradiated and deformed materials are presented. The effect of diffuse scattering on the position of the X-ray line centre of gravity is considered. Presented are temperature dependences of the dimension and density of dislocation loops determined by the characteristics of diffusion scattering as well as parameters of the lattice determined by the maximum position of the Bragg scattering component on nickel irradiated by 1.4x1021 neutr./cm2 fluence. The effect of external stresses on the position of diffusion component in irradiated nickel is shown. Difference in the values of microdistortions in irradiated and non-irradiated nickel after equal deformation degrees is revealed. Parameters of the block structure of the 03Kh20N45M4B4 alloy at different deformation stages during the tests in the mode of active loading at T=650 deg C are determined. The restoration method of physical profile of lines in combination with the analysis based on application of the results of X-ray scattering theory permits to obtained characteristics of of the material defect structure formed during irradiation and deformation
