AbstractAbstract
[en] A mathematical method of using the code of direct question to solve inverse question is described. With this method on the basis of free-boundary toroidal MHD equilibrium code SWEQU, we developed a code SWSTAB which can be used to calculate vertical instability of Tokamak plasma with noncircular cross section. Practical examples show that some physical results are obtained by this method more easily than by others

[en] Double-null divertor configurations in the HL-2A tokamak are designed optimally. The elongation and triangularity reach about 1.2 and 0.4, respectively. The control of vertical instability is studied

AbstractAbstract
[en] For ohmically driven tokamak plasma, the total plasma current is composed of ohmic current and internal self-consistent component. For a simplified Spitzer resistivity model, the toroidal current profile is determined by the electron temperature profile and the effective charge number Zeff profile at each time. The derivation of the fundamental equation to determine this equilibrium configuration is given. In the large aspect ratio approximation, analytic solution on equilibrium configuration with small non-circular deformations is obtained for sawtoothing plasma. (authors)

AbstractAbstract
[en] Solov'ev type analytic equilibria of toroidally axi-symmetric plasmas are extended to include the anisotropic pressure and parallel flow effect. It is shown that the combined effects of the parallel flow and the anisotropic pressure can be added to give a modified Grad-Shafranov equation. Effects of the anisotropic pressure and the parallel flow on the equilibrium's properties such as the safety factor and the magnetic well are clarified. The most prominent characteristic of these two effects is the deviations of both the p//-contours and the pperpendicular-contours from the magnetic flux contours

AbstractAbstract
[en] The physical design of poloidal field coils on SUNIST is described. The main content is the optimum of MHD equilibrium configuration, in the first step of SUNIST operation, it is vertical stable. Only shaping field coils are in series each other. The position of shaping field coils and the distribution of current in it are optimized. Using the regularization method and method of so called blind man climbing mountain, the distribution of current in OH coil is optimized
