[en] Experimental data on the rapidity distribution of the negatively charged particles in the broad c.m.s. energy range from a few GeV to √s=900 GeV are analyzed. It is shown that the energy dependence of the width of the rapidity distribution in all available energy range can be described by a simple logarithmic function and that the distribution (d6/dy)/d6/dy)_y=0 in the sufficiently large region of the central plateau can be represented as an energy independent function of y/Y, where Y=ln(√s/m) and m the parameter. 30 refs.; 3 figs

[en] A device for the image processing from the bubble chambers, developed to increase the reliability of the track useful signal discrimination at the image scanning from the background component is described. The device consists of a low-pass filter, repetition and memory circuit and subtraction circuit. Besides a delay line and extra channel consisting of a differentiating circuit in series with the selective shaping circuit are introduced into the device. The output signal of the selective shaping is the controlling signal of the repetition and memory circuit, at the output of which a signal corresponding the background component is formed. The data are compared with the Lund quark model, and the model modifications needed to describe the experimental data are discussed

[en] The inclusive production of Λ and Lambda-bar hyperons in the reactions K⁺p→Λ+X and K⁺p→Lambda-bar+X at 32 GeV/c is studied by a triple-Regge analysis. The slopes and intercepts of the effective Regge trajectories are obtained. These data are compared with the results of other K⁺p experiments

[en] The P/V ratio of directly produced pseudoscalar (P) to vector (V) mesons is analysed using the data on the K_S⁰ and K^*(892) total inclusive cross sections in pp, π⁺p and K^±p reactions. The indication for a change of P/V from a value of about 1 at low energies, where the fragmentation processes dominate, to a value of 1/3, suggested by spin-statistics, at high energies is discussed. [en] By redefining, for p^±p collisions, the energy available for particle production, we show that the energy dependence of the average charged particle multiplicity in e⁺e^- and p^±p collisions in the presently available energy range is strikingly similar. (orig.)

[en] Using the double-Regge formalism and a supercritical pomeron with α_P(0) = 1+Δ, we analyse the energy dependence of inclusive cross sections for negatively charged particles (c^-) and K_s⁰ at CM rapidity y=0 in the CERN PS-Santi ppS collider energy range. The values of Δ(c^-) = 0.170±0.008 and Δ(K_s⁰) = 0.167±0.024 are found to be very close to each other and compatible with estimates of Δ derived from the total cross sections. (orig.)

[en] It is shown that the energy dependence of the differential cross sections (dσ/dy)_y=0 for the reactions pp→c^-+X and pp→K⁰_S+X over a wide energy range (3.6<(s)^1/2<900 GeV) is well described by the double-Regge expansion if a supercritical Pomeron with α_p(0)=1+Δ is introduced. A fit to the data gives Δ(c^-)=0.170±0.008 and Δ(K⁰_S) =0.167±0.024, in reasonable agreement with the estimate of Δ from the energy dependence of total cross sections
