Lunedì 25 novembre siamo stati ospiti della trasmissione Timeline su Sky TG24 insieme a Valeria Icardi Customer Team Director e D&I Board Member Barilla Group per parlare di Violenza di Genere. Nel corso della trasmissione Valeria Icardi ha raccontato le iniziative messe in campo da Barilla nel contrasto alla violenza di genere. Nel 2017, Barilla ha avviato il Filo di Arianna, un programma aziendale di sensibilizzazione, prevenzione e contrasto della violenza di genere. Questa iniziativa fa parte del più ampio impegno di Barilla Group per l’equilibrio e la parità di genere, che ha visto l’azienda conseguire importanti risultati fra cui: - un costante progresso sul fronte della rappresentazione femminile nei ruoli manageriali e di leadership - la gender pay equality raggiunta nel 2020 a parità di mansioni fra uomini e donne - il lancio della Global Parental Leave Policy nel 2024 che assicura globalmente a tutti i genitori 12 settimane retribuite al 100%, indipendentemente dal genere, dallo stato maritale e dall’orientamento sessuale #ValoreD #skytg24 #timeline #violenzadigenere #25novembre #BarillaGroup
