DAAA Group Ltd is seeking a qualified Accounts Clerk to join our team. Interested candidates are invited to submit their applications to admin@daaagroup.com. The selected candidate will form part of the Accounting Team. They will assist the Accounts Manager in the day-to-day running of the department. Responsibilities will include:  - Reconciliation of Settlement Accounts, and the servicing of receipts and payments;  - Daily and month-end book-keeping;  - Assist with documentation completion such as surveys, statements, etc;  - Cost/revenue control supervision and assessment;  - Assist with the stock-take for auditing purposes;  - Assist with debt chasing;  - Recording and filing of documents;  - Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects. Candidates must:  - Have minimum A’ Level/ AAT Accountancy qualification or in the initial stages of ACCA;  - Have minimum 3 year experience in a similar role;  - Have good analytical and communications skills;  - Work on own initiative, prioritize own work and meet deadlines;  - Be proficient in the use of IT applications, with particular expertise in Microsoft Office tools;  - Advanced language skills in English and Maltese, knowledge of Italian would be considered an asset;  - Be a good team player in every aspect. Job Description: • Create detailed and accurate 3D models and renderings based on project specifications, sketches, and blueprints. •Collaborate with design teams and clients to understand project requirements and develop visual concepts and presentations. •Apply textures, materials, and lighting to models to achieve realistic and visually appealing results. • Enhance renderings using post-production software to improve visual quality and meet client expectations. • Ensure all visualizations meet high standards of quality and accuracy before delivery. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. •Incorporate feedback from clients and team members, making necessary revisions to meet project goals. • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve skills and deliver cutting-edge visualizations. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design, Computer Graphics, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a 3D Visualiser or in a similar role. • Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray/Corona. Yesterday, we in collaboration with SACES Malta, hosted the much-anticipated “Archibabble_ DesignTalks” at Rocksalt at Park Heights Malta. The event, which focused on the theme “Artificial Intelligence vs Architecture Integrity,” was a panel discussion between: • Profs. Marc Bonello, Dean and Head of Department of Civil & Structural Engineering within the Faculty for the Built Environment at the University of Malta, • Perit Ray DeMicoli, founder of DeMicoli & Associates Architects Malta, an award-winning architectural, engineering and interior design firm of international recognition, • Keith Pillow, CEO and Creative Director of DAAA Haus, and • Special international guest speaker Walter Mariotti, the Editorial Director of Domus The evening was a tremendous success, with engaging discussions followed by a relaxing sunset DJ set and wine, complementing the atmosphere perfectly.
