Diedron Filters help make superfinishing operations more efficient with special 1 µm NAS 7 DAF-PET series filter elements, offering the ability to achieve Ra 0.02 roughness levels. In this application on Lapmaster Wolters GmbH Microline, we added to the machine's original filter a simple EFFE 4 unit with original Diedron DAF-PET filter elements , and in less than 10 minutes, the oil returned to its original condition, allowing the abrasive wheel to work clean without micro residue.
