Inspired by our visionary founder, Zegna follows its own path down the road that Ermenegildo built over 110 years ago in the mountains in Piedmont, Northern Italy. His 232 road, crossing the 100 km2 Oasi Zegna natural territory surrounding the wool mill, has been turned into a graphic abstraction and signifier of the Zegna brand identity where history is expressed in the family name of the founder.     At ZEGNA, inclusion is the fabric that holds together all the different threads, weaving our authenticity. This year, we proudly introduced the “WE TALK ABOUT INCLUSION” talk-show format to spark inclusive conversations on key topics for our organization, raising awareness of the richness of the differences around us and within us, while fostering sensitivity in our daily interactions. In June, at our Stabio office in Switzerland, the first session explored gender differences, drawing fascinating parallels with the history of disco music in the 1970s. In October, in Milan, we hosted a second talk on fragility in its visible and invisible forms. Both events were a great success, thanks to the dedication of our DE&I and Engagement team, inspiring guest speakers, and the active involvement of our employees.     Last month, we welcomed nearly 300 visitors to two Open Days at our Parma, Italy, plants, dedicated to the production of footwear, leather goods, and outerwear. Supported by 100 dedicated employees, the event offered a behind-the-scenes look at our production process, showcasing the craftsmanship that brings our unique products to life. This is why we are particularly pleased to congratulate our 40 colleagues from Italy and Switzerland who delivered exceptional performances at the Run for Good initiative during "The Loop Milano" relay! ZEGNA earned the award for the largest participation with 10 teams, with Team ZEGNA 6 securing 1st place in the women’s category and Team ZEGNA 1 finishing 5th out of 89 teams.
