This week we had the pleasure of participating in #CXNowHealthcare2025, an event organized by CXNow Lab | Customer eXperience Now in Milan. 💡 The event was a key opportunity to engage with leading healthcare professionals and discuss strategic and technological innovations aimed at enhancing patient and customer relationships. Last week we flew to Berlin to attend the kick-off meeting of #INTERCEPT_IHI, a new European Project which aims at the optimisation of early diagnosis and treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases of the digestive system, with a focus on #Crohn's Disease. We are looking forward to contributing our expertise in Digital Health to enable new models of care, together with several experts coming from Europe, United States and South Korea. On February 25, we will participate to this event organised by CXNow Lab | Customer eXperience Now for the co-creation of innovative solutions to strengthen the trust among all stakeholders in the healthcare journey: from citizens and patients to doctors, healthcare professionals and caregivers. 🌍 Last week we flew to Cannes to join WAICF - World AI Cannes Festival! 🤖 From the suggestive Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes, the exclusive three-day global event initiated by RX France during the AI Action Summit gave us the opportunity to engage in insightful discussions on how #ArtificialIntelligence is transforming healthcare and other landscapes such as finance, manufacturing and retail. 🏥 From enhancing patients' care to revolutionizing drug discovery, several debates were held in the panels, exploring how real-world applications improve clinical outcomes and the potential of AI-driven solutions to reshape the future of pharma and biotech. In fact, AI is accelerating drug development, reducing time and costs for new therapies, but it is necessary to always keeping in mind the key ethical challenges such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, and transparency along the pathway to innovation.
