♻️On the occasion of the National Day for Food Waste Reduction, we are happy to share with you the effort and achievements made in this latest edition of #SIGEPWORLD to support the cause. Two initiatives were implemented. 🍨 GELATO OF SOLIDARIETY: thanks to the collaboration with Summertrade Srl and our exhibitors, 8,000 kg of #gelato was collected, most of which was destined for #charity sales to Fondazione Banco Alimentare ETS and #donations to local associations. 🍽️ SOLIDARY SIGEP: we delivered more than 9,000 kg of #food to local #nonprofit associations (Mensa dei Poveri, Caritas Rimini, Papa Giovanni XXIII, Comunità Monte Tauro). Both the initiatives have been supported on a daily basis by 88 #students from the Viserba Language High School and #volunteers whose commitment and dedication help the initiative every year. 💚Big thanks to all of you!
