Our EQUALITAS certification is confirmed again this year!  We aim to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible, continuing to produce wines of high quality with a look towards a more sustainable future for #futuregenerations.   There are three main areas evaluated:   1️⃣ ENVIRONMENTAL We carefully monitor #CO2 emissions and reduce them, for example by using #solarpanels. #Goodpractices at Santa Tresa Every year November is the month of «sovescio con favino» at #SantaTresa: we sow our Favino seeds in alternate rows in the vineyards. The Favino (a leguminous plant) has excellent nitrogen-fixing abilities, fixing significant amounts of atmospheric nitrogen in the plant tissues, and then making it available to the soil following the degradation of the tissue.
