This event, centered on 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, provided our Talent Acquisition & People Development Specialist, Chiara Cortella, and HR intern, Noemi Spagnolo, with the opportunity to meet young candidates with educational backgrounds aligned with our needs, such as mechanical, mechatronic, and electrical technicians. Together with other local companies, we had the chance to engage with and learn from young individuals from various regions of Italy, all eager to embark on a professional journey. The one-on-one interviews allowed us to appreciate their enthusiasm and determination to put their talents to work on innovative projects.
