🌍 Year in Review: A Year of Growth and Adventure 🌍 As the year comes to a close, I’m reflecting on an incredible journey filled with travel, learning, and achievements. Here are some highlights from 2024: ✈️ Traveled to 6 Countries: France, Kenya, Mauritius, Uganda, Tanzania, and Ethiopia. 🚜 Visited Over 100 Farms: Engaging with farmers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. 🚗 Covered Over 7,000 KM: Driving to meet our sales teams and support them in the field. 📚 Conducted Over 20 Training Sessions: Delivered in 3 languages, empowering our teams with the knowledge they need to succeed. 🤝 Welcomed Over 10 New Recruits: Expanding our team with talented individuals dedicated to our mission. 🌱 Satisfied Over 10,000 Clients: Providing quality products that our clients trust and rely on. It’s been a year of growth, not just for me but for the entire team. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. 🌍🌿 Exciting Field Visit in #Ethiopia! 🇪🇹🌸🍓 I recently had the amazing opportunity to visit, with Maud several flower and strawberry farms in Ethiopia. This trip was an incredible experience, allowing me to engage directly with local #farmers and address their pressing questions about biopesticides and soil diseases. Our discussions were enlightening and reinforced the importance of sustainable agricultural practices. 🌱 I was also able to present our #innovative products and support our local #sales team in their efforts to provide effective solutions to these farmers. 💼✨ Meeting with the farmers face-to-face not only helped in understanding their challenges but also allowed us to offer tailored solutions that can significantly impact their productivity and crop health. 🚜🌾 Looking forward to more such fruitful interactions and continuing our mission to promote sustainable agriculture! 🌍🌿 #Agriculture #SustainableFarming #Biopesticides #Ethiopia #FieldVisit #TeamWork #FarmersSupport #Innovation
