💦 💚 On December 11th, the closing workshop of the Cambodia Climate Change Alliance (CCCA) took place in Phnom Penh. It was an occasion for donors to reflect and honor this impactful program.  CCCA, a joint initiative of the Royal Government of Cambodia, UNDP, European Union, and Sweden, has played a pivotal role in strengthening national systems and capacities to coordinate and implement Cambodia's climate change response. 🌍💧 Did you know that our Mother Association just turned 20? Back in 2004, 1001fontaines was founded to tackle the global challenge of safe water access, particularly in rural areas. The vision of 1001 Fontaines ' three founders was simple clear: to provide safe drinking water to vulnerable communities worldwide. Today, alongside Teuk Saat 1001 in Cambodia, 1001 Fontaines has established OWe Water Vietnam, ranontsika in Madagascar, and Uttaran Paani in Bangladesh. Together, we now provide safe water to 1.4 million people every day. On September 25th, we celebrated this incredible milestone by bringing together teams from all five countries, 1001 Fontaines' board members, and our valued partners. It was a moment to reflect on our achievements and look ahead to the next big goal: by 2030, 1001 Fontaines aim to become the leading drinking water solution in five countries, and doubling the number of direct users!!!!
