     Sir Griffith Boynton, 5th Bt. was born on 24 May 1712.1 He was the son of Sir Francis Boynton, 4th Bt. and Frances Heblethwayte.1 He was baptised on 5 June 1712 at Beverley, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1 He married Anne White, daughter of Thomas White and Bridget Taylor, on 5 April 1742 at Audley Street Chapel, St. George Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 He died on 18 October 1761 at age 49 at Burton Agnes, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1 He was buried at Burton Agnes, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1
     He was admitted to Gray's Inn in 1730.1 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Boynton, of Barmston, co. York [E., 1618] on 16 September 1739.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Yorkshire in 1750/51.1

     Anne White was the daughter of Thomas White and Bridget Taylor.1 She married Sir Griffith Boynton, 5th Bt., son of Sir Francis Boynton, 4th Bt. and Frances Heblethwayte, on 5 April 1742 at Audley Street Chapel, St. George Hanover Square, London, EnglandG.1 She died on 27 February 1744/45 at Wallingwells, Nottinghamshire, EnglandG, in childbirth.1 She was buried at Burton Agnes, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1
     From 5 April 1742, her married name became Boynton.1

     Robert Cain was born on 29 April 1826 at County Cork, IrelandG.2 He was the son of James Cain and Mary Deane.2 He married Anne Newall, daughter of James Newall, on 4 April 1847.2 He died on 19 June 1907 at age 81.1
     He emigrated to England arriving on 1844.2 In 1848 he founded Robert Cain and Sons Ltd.2 He lived at Hoylake, Cheshire, EnglandG.1 He lived at Liverpool, Lancashire, EnglandG.1

     James Cain was born in 1787 at Galway, County Galway, IrelandG.1 He was the son of William O'Cahan and Catherine O'Malley.1 He married Mary Deane, daughter of Alexander Deane, in 1824. He died on 26 December 1871.1
     He was given the name of James O'Cahan at birth.1 He gained the rank of soldier in the 88th Foot (Connaught Rangers.)1 His name was legally changed to James Cain on joining the Army.1 He fought in the Peninsular Wars.1

     Sir Griffith Boynton, 6th Bt. was born on 22 February 1744/45 at Wallingwells, Nottinghamshire, EnglandG.1 He was the son of Sir Griffith Boynton, 5th Bt. and Anne White.1 He was baptised 29 Feb 1744/5 at Wallingwells, Nottinghamshire, EnglandG.1 He married, firstly, Charlotte Topham, daughter of Francis Topham, on 9 May 1762 at York Minster, York, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1 He married, secondly, Mary Heblethwayte, daughter of James Heblethwayte, on 1 August 1768 at Burton Agnes, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1 He died on 6 January 1778 at age 32 at Burton Agnes, Yorkshire, EnglandG, from a fever.1
     He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Boynton, of Barmston, co. York [E., 1618] on 18 October 1761.1 He was educated at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He held the office of Sheriff of Yorkshire between 1771 and 1772.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Beverley between May 1772 and 1774.1

     From 9 May 1762, her married name became Boynton.1

     Mary Heblethwayte was born on 5 January 1749 at Bridlington, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1 She was the daughter of James Heblethwayte.1 She married, firstly, Sir Griffith Boynton, 6th Bt., son of Sir Griffith Boynton, 5th Bt. and Anne White, on 1 August 1768 at Burton Agnes, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1 She married, secondly, John George Parkhurst, son of Captain Robert Parkhurst and Ann Ogle Guyther, circa 1784 at Burton Agnes, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1 She died on 13 May 1815 at age 66.1
     From 1 August 1768, her married name became Boynton.1 From circa 1784, her married name became Parkhurst.1
