8th October 2024 Today, BPW Valletta Malta organised a Panel discussion where the tacked the important subject of Higher Representation of Women in Decision Making Roles. We were joined for the occasion by HRH Duchess of Edinburgh, Dr Lydia Abela, Mrs AnneMarie Grech, Mr Geoffrey Fichte, CEO of HSBC Malta, Mr Tristan Gilchrist, Deputy British High Commisisoner, Malta. We were also joined by many other special guests and members of the local chapter. The distinguished Panel members were Charlotte Sant Portanier, Dina Quraishi, Maria Cilia, Muriel Rutland and last but not least Nadia Pace. They were moderated by Helen Chorley. The discussion by the Panel was insightful and impactful. It left everyone feeling that there is so much more that needs to be done to provide women with the opportunity and support to increase the numbers of representation in decision making roles.
