📢 New insights on Leadership Paths for Women and Men in Estonia 📍 BPW Estonia BusinessClub / EENA Äriklubi recently hosted an impactful event unveiling a study by Praxis Think Tank that sheds light on how women and men reach executive roles differently. 📝The study, introduced by former BPW president Ester Eomois, shows that while men often rise to leadership positions through informal networks and chance, women must actively guide their career paths, navigating unique gender-related challenges. 👩🏫This research presentation, aimed at top private sector executives, is part of the broader "Power of Women Leaders" project—supported by the EU’s Citizens, Equality, Rights, and Values Program, Swedbank, and the State Chancellery. ⚜️Last week marked a significant milestone for the #NordicNetwork as it hosted the inaugural face-to-face (F2F) meeting alongside the launch of the #Green and #Sustainable Working Group, part of the #GreenAmbassadors project. This event took place in the vibrant city of Helsinki, Finland, and was graciously hosted by the members of BPW Finland. 🔰The meeting brought together a diverse group of participants, including members from BPW Finland, BPW Estonia BusinessClub / EENA Äriklubi, and BPW Sweden and @BPW Polska, who actively engaged in discussions and #collaborative activities. The in-person interaction fostered a spirit of camaraderie and shared commitment to sustainability among the attendees. Additionally, members from BPW Switzerland and the BPW (UK) LTD joined the event virtually, demonstrating the inclusive nature of the Nordic Network and its dedication to promoting #sustainable practices across borders.🌐 📢 The launch of the Green and Sustainable Working Group is a pivotal step in the Green Ambassadors project, aimed at #empowering women and organizations to adopt #environmentally friendly initiatives.
