On January 9, 2025, EcoGen attended the 'Presentation of Feasibility Study on Institutional Cooking Technologies in Malawi' in Lilongwe. The event was attended by several stakeholders in institutional cooking technologies in the country. The prison used to rely on firewood and electricity for cooking energy. During the clean cooking event yesterday, November 29, 2024 at Maula Parish in Lilongwe, we had a visitor at our table who wanted to cook using our biogas system.
