On monday, LUANAR, through its SAVE Project, signed over 26 Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with various media houses across Malawi. This event, held at Sunbird Lilongwe Hotel, marks a significant step towards enhancing e-Extension services nationwide. The Guest of Honour, Honorable Sam Dalitso Kawale, M.P., Minister of Agriculture, delivered an inspiring keynote address and officially launched the MoUs. In his speech, he emphasized the transformative potential of e-Extension services in driving job creation, forex generation, and wealth accumulation in Malawi. In his remarks, LUANAR Vice Chancellor highlighted LUANAR's commitment to leveraging digital platforms for agricultural development. The signing of these MoUs strengthens partnerships that will amplify agricultural information dissemination, ensuring that farmers across Malawi access timely and relevant knowledge for improved productivity and livelihoods.
