After over a decade at D6 Sentul, we’ve made the leap to our new pond at Menara YTL! Leaving behind a place filled with laughter, growth, and countless memories wasn’t easy. To honor our time at D6, we reminisced with a legacy walk and reenacted unforgettable office moments, like transforming our meeting room into an escape room, starting an honesty shop, and filling our boss’s office with balloons. The day ended with us leaving personal messages on a mural we painted, etching countless cherished memories into the walls of our old home forever. Our time at D6 Sentul was marked not only by personal memories but also by significant innovation and a relentless pursuit of quality education for all. Together, we’ve grown, learned, and experimented—all in the name of education. And along the way, we’ve also embraced the joy of what we do through festive celebrations, culture initiatives and games! As we start this new chapter at Menara YTL, we remain as resolute as ever in our mission to make a difference in education. This move signifies not just a change in address but a renewed commitment to our mission. The future belongs to those who dare to dream, and we invite you to keep reimagining education with us! ⚡🔫 Ready, Aim, Tag! For the grand finale of our Elly-vate Evenings, the Froggies brought their A-game to an exciting laser tag challenge at Berjaya Times Square. In the midst of laser beams and high-stakes action, our teams relied on strategy, teamwork, and quick thinking to outmaneuver the competition. Even under pressure, our Froggies upheld the core value of #togetherness, with some stepping in to balance teams and ensure everyone had a great experience. It’s all about looking out for one another, on and off the field. 💪🤝 While the heat was on, our Technology Director, John Walker Wick , remained composed as he navigated the arena with ease. However, the standout of the night was Kaylene Yong, whose sharp aim and competitive spirit led her team to victory. 🏆 Congratulations to Kay and team for securing the win! The first thing one notices when entering the new Frog office is the explosion of colour and creativity: brightly painted walls, neon signs, and whimsical decorations. On closer look, this vibrant space is actually meticulously designed to embody our HEART values🌈 Intrinsic in this innovative and functional layout is our final HEART value — 🧠Think Ahead and Out of The Box🌟 — that emphasises the importance of embracing curiosity and exploration. This value is woven into the very heart of the organisation, be it in our colourful work space or our company’s mission to transform education through innovative solutions. Perhaps no area in the Pond better encapsulates this vitality than Toadstool 🍄, a spacious events-cum-activity room with a layout inspired by the Unwind Room in D6, our former space for relaxation and brainstorming.  And just like Alice who fell down the rabbit hole to Wonderland, one feels transported to another realm as you enter those unassuming white doors emblazoned with an intriguing quote — “Enter, fun-gi-! Make magic you might”. Acoustic panels, glass whiteboard walls, and modular geometric chairs create a focused, dynamic ecosystem for both individual and collaborative creativity. This is where the magic happens as ideas are realised through our weekly Show and Tell demonstrations, where we nurture our inner childlike wonder through the celebration of birthdays and milestones, and where every Froggie is encouraged to dream big and explore new possibilities beyond our comfort zones. ✧˖°🎳 Let the good times roll 💥₊˚⊹ For our third Elly-vate evening, our Content and Marketing teams joined forces to organise a retro 60’s-themed Bowling Night for all our alley cats (or frogs 🐸) with funky music, fab snacks, and groovy fashion.  It was spare time well spent as pro and amateur bowlers alike bonded by encouraging each other through strikes and gutters, ups and downs. By the end of the night, even gutterball gurus had become more confident as fellow Froggies cheered them on. It turns out the only things better than a strike are the pin pals we made along the way…👬 Overall, the event was a striking success! After sparing no effort rolling their way to victory and friendship, our lane legends rolled up to Nando’s for a cheeky dinner. What does perfection mean to you? 💫   As part of our office move-in week, we were guided to reflect on this question and refresh our new space with an ikebana workshop 🌸🌷🌼   Ikebana is a traditional Japanese artform of floral arrangement that, like kintsugi, is related to the wider aesthetic of wabi-sabi, centred on the belief that there is beauty in imperfection and impermanence. Represented through three carefully composed parts, ikebana is a deeply reflective and meditative process as the practitioner strives to maintain harmony, balance, and beauty by unifying the elements of heaven, Earth, and humanity in their art piece. As the Froggies’ endeavoured at composing a piece that would represent their reach towards heaven or grander, cosmic goals, they faced constraints of time and material — flaws such as browned petals and broken stems presented a challenge in their curation of a “perfect” arrangement. Or did it? More than just focusing on the final composition, ikebana is a philosophy and way of life that, paralleling our HEART value of “Reach for Perfection”, is imbued with an understanding that perfection can be found in our weaknesses by continuously elevating our imperfections. At the end of this activity, our Froggies created floral arrangements that were rich in meaning and diverse in form and shape, united by the shared realisation that perfection as an end result might be unattainable, but true perfection is a continuous process of refinement, a lifelong pursuit of excellence. Although the flowers in our ikebana arrangement might one day wilt, the beauty of this transience lies in our unwavering search for the sublime and beautiful ♾️ #culture #lifeatFrogAsia #ytlcommunity
