🎓 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘀' 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻!🎓 We wrapped up the classroom training segment for our Graduate trainees by showcasing their group application projects. This marked the end of an intensive 2-month learning journey. Starting with no experience, I've grown immensely, gaining valuable skills and contributing to numerous successful projects. My friend who's an iTAc employee helped me put in a referral! 💼 𝗠𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 I am working as a Test Engineer where we test various bank applications and websites. I work pretty standard hours from 8:45 am to 5:45 pm, with early Fridays. 🌟 Staff Spotlight: Daisy Jane from Cebu City🌟 👧🏻 𝗔 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝘀𝘆 I have been a Senior Test Engineer with iTAc since 2022. Before iTAc, I was working from home in Cebu City as a tester for a US company. 💼 𝗠𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 Understanding requirements, creating test cases, liaising with BAs and developers, and handling problem logs are what I do daily. I like my job - it gives me fulfillment whenever I finish my tasks and still get to go home on time! There were only a few occasions where I had to stay late to finish a big project, but I'm not alone which makes the task bearable. They say misery loves company 🤭 ✈ 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗮 iTAc was incredibly supportive from day one. Even during the pandemic, they facilitated my paperwork in Manila. I only had to provide the necessary documents. ❤ 𝗙𝗮𝘃𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗮 My commute is just 10-15 minutes per day via Grab, which I share with other Filipino colleagues. Overall, Malaysia has a very efficient transportation system, which I wish the Philippines had too. I'm staying near my workplace at a very affordable rate. The electricity and water bills are also cheaper than in the Philippines. Did I share that the internet is fast too? 🤭 I also get to enjoy different variants of food from a wide variety of cultures and countries here 😋 💭 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗮 I have friends and colleagues who told me not to come here because of their experiences that weren't that great. However, I chose to experience it for myself and see if I would love it.
