The Memorandum of Collaboration between Telekom Malaysia and PR1MA Corporation Malaysia, witnessed by YB Dr. Zaliha binti Mustafa, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Federal Territories), marks the beginning of a partnership to explore telecommunication infrastructure, digital solutions and Internet of Things (IoT) across PR1MA’s housing projects. We are pleased to announce and extend a warm welcome to Encik Reza Huzairi bin Zainudin as the Group Chief Corporate Officer at PR1MA Corporation Malaysia. Encik Reza brings a wealth of experience in corporate strategy, leadership, and organisational growth, with an impressive background in Human Capital, ICT, Governance, Digital Marketing, and other Corporate Services functions. Before joining PR1MA, Encik Reza was the Group Chief Corporate Officer at UDA Holdings Berhad, where he specialised in performance & talent management, employee relations, digital marketing, and process governance. Among his key initiatives with UDA, he successfully implemented the UDA Competencies Program and the Career Managememt Program to promote equitable employment practices and career progression within the UDA Group. Encik Reza has been recognised with awards such as the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2023 and the CHRO Champion at the Malaysian Organisation for Life at Work Awards by TalentCorp. Encik Reza is a graduate of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam, with a Bachelor (Hons) in Mass Communication. He is also a Certified Coaching and Mentoring Professional (CCMP), and an Industry Advisor for Master's, Degree, and Diploma programmes in the Human Capital Management Department of Economics and Management at Universiti Islam Selangor (UIS). We had an interesting discussion with Tenaga Nasional Berhad recently on potential collaboration with PR1MA Corporation Malaysia. It was an honor to meet Datuk Ir. Megat Jalaluddin Megat Hassan, the CEO of TNB as we explored collaborative efforts in decarbonization and connectivity to elevate the standard of living for middle income Malaysians. Roof top solar, energy efficiency, EV charging and last mile connectivity are some of the products that could enhance PR1MA home value proposition while achieving our ESG target. An important milestone as we signed an MOU with CelcomDigi to provide innovative connectivity and home solutions to PR1MA Corporation Malaysia customers. Both parties shares the same vision of creating value for the middle-income segment which commonly gets neglected by businesses or less assisted by governments. "Nobody gets left behind", said Datuk Idham Nawawi in his speech. Our GCEO Datuk Seri Mohd Nazri was glad to have a partner who understands PR1MA's challenges in delivering our mandate to the country sustainably. Thanks to CelcomDigi and PCSB team who worked tirelessly for this simple and yet significant event. The visit to the CelcomDigi AI experience centre was an eye opener and some of the use cases can be deployed at PR1MA residences. By integrating cutting-edge technologies like real-time network monitoring, energy management, and security systems, we’re not only enhancing convenience but also boosting safety and sustainability. This collaboration represents a crucial step toward creating vibrant, connected communities while supporting the government’s vision of smart cities. Together, we’re making quality digital connectivity more accessible, affordable, and inclusive for all Malaysians.
