We are looking for an experienced and dynamic person to join our team as an Assessment Manager for medical laboratory accreditation. As an Assessment Manager, you will be the key focal point for our customers, providing them with objective, diligent, and excellent service. You will appoint and lead assessment teams, participate in assessment visits, and provide technical and policy support internally. You will also have the opportunity to assess other types of testing and calibration laboratories in the future. To be eligible for this role, you must have: A degree or equivalent in medical laboratory sciences, laboratory science and technology, biomedical sciences, or a relevant discipline. Professional body certification status in your field of expertise. A sound working knowledge of ISO 15189:2022 and its implementation in a laboratory. Experience in laboratory QMS auditing or assessment, or a willingness to learn. A customer-focused and flexible attitude, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A willingness to travel extensively, mainly within Nigeria and outside the country, with frequent overnight stays. This is a part-time, work from home position, with a competitive salary and benefits package. You will be required to come to the office physically during the first months on this role.
