💡 Innovatie in Ouderenhuisvesting: Samen bouwen aan een toekomst van een zorgzame buurt! 🏠🌿 Met trots delen we het nieuws dat het zorgfonds van Achmea Real Estate maar liefst €100 miljoen investeert in Buurtwonen! We werken aan een toekomst waarin ouderen in hun vertrouwde omgeving kunnen blijven wonen, zelfs als hun zorgbehoefte groeit.   🔑 Waarom Buurtwonen? Kleinschalig en in de buurt: Complexen met 15-25 appartementen midden in de wijk, dichtbij voorzieningen en midden in de samenleving. Duurzaam en snel gerealiseerd: Samen met onze ketenpartner, De Groot Vroomshoop, bouwen we met een innovatief houtbouwsysteem dat binnen 9 maanden opgeleverd kan worden! Sociale cohesie: Gemeenschappelijke ruimte waar buurtbewoners en bewoners elkaar ontmoeten. In een mooie mix van bewoners, met zorg dichtbij geregeld door Buurtzorg.   🌟 De eerste locatie in Joure opent volgend jaar, gevolgd door Arnhem, Empel en Vlissingen. Dit is pas het begin van een landelijke transitie in wonen en zorg, met als doel ouderen langer zelfstandig en gelukkig thuis te laten wonen. 👷♀️ Samen dragen we bij aan een oplossing voor het tekort aan levensloopbestendige woningen én stimuleren we doorstroom op de woningmarkt.
