📢 Envipco Reports Continued Growth in Q3 2024 Today, Envipco is proud to share the highlights of another successful quarter as we continue to drive innovation and growth in the recycling industry: Key Highlights: • 📈 Revenue Growth: Group revenues increased by 9% YoY to €27.4m, with Europe leading at €18.3m (+9% YoY) and North America at €9.1m (+8% YoY). • 🌍 Market Leadership: Romania stands out as a growth powerhouse, driving European revenues alongside significant contributions from Hungary and Greece. • 💰 Strong Margins: Gross margin improved to 36.6%, with adjusted EBITDA at €2.9m (+10.5%). Strategic Advancements: • Acquisitions for Growth: The Sensibin acquisition, completed this quarter, strengthens our ability to innovate and support new markets. • Expansion in Europe: Envipco has positioned as a leading supplier of RVM solutions in new DRS markets Malta, Hungary, Romania and Ireland, in addition to developing a strong market position in Sweden and Greece. Looking ahead, we remain committed to delivering innovative, sustainable recycling solutions as we expand into new markets like Portugal, Poland, and the UK. 🎉 Celebrating the Installation of Our First Quantum XL Outdoor bulk RVM in The Netherlands! 🥂 On October 18th, 2024, we proudly launched our first XL-size Quantum Outdoor bulk RVM in the Netherlands at Vermeulen Steen en Hout in Winschoten. As the second Quantum Bulk RVM in the country, this cutting-edge machine simplifies recycling with its innovative bulk feed technology, allowing consumers to empty full bags of PET bottles and cans at once. This customized Quantum XL bulk RVM also has a glass cabinet and back-door emptying system, making the process faster and more efficient. Dennis Vermeulen Of Vermeulen Steen en Hout expressed his excitement: “The relationship with Envipco team is great and we have greatly benefitted from their expertise in the Dutch market. I am very pleased with the Quantum XL — installation took only one day, and collection rates have surpassed our expectations, more than 100K containers in the first couple of weeks” Key partners like Tikkie and Statiegeld Nederland were present, underscoring the importance of this milestone.
