Met trots presenteert Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship de tiende editie van het ScaleUp Dashboard en viert daarmee een decennium van inzichten 👏 Nu beschikbaar om te downloaden via https://lnkd.in/d4c5mMGg Dit jaarlijkse onderzoek belicht de sleutelthema's en groeipatronen in het Nederlandse scaleup-ecosysteem. De laatste bevindingen bevestigen stabiliserende groeicijfers sinds de opleving na de pandemie, met snelgroeiende bedrijven die blijven groeien ondanks stijgende operationele kosten en personeelstekorten. Dit onderzoek laat ook zien dat kleinere bedrijven steeds meer de kern van het scaleup-ecosysteem worden en dat volwassen bedrijven meer duurzame groei realiseren.   Horeca en Cultuur, sport en recreatie herstellen sterk, terwijl er scherpe dalingen te zien zijn in de Energie- en Landbouwsector. In hun expertinzichten benadrukken Richard Wagenmakers (Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University) en Ronald Huisman (Erasmus School of Economics) het belang van een goed gecoördineerd ecosysteem en publiek-private samenwerkingen voor een succesvolle energietransitie. Een ander belangrijk thema dit jaar is de rol van gender in leiderschap en ondernemerschap binnen snelgroeiende bedrijven, waarbij gegevens een afname laten zien in het aantal vrouwelijke ondernemers. Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship launches its 10th Scaleup Dashboard, celebrating a decade of insights 👏  Download the dashboard at https://lnkd.in/d9qX8Kx4 This annual research highlights the growth patterns of high-growth firms (HGFs) in the Netherlands and provides key insights into their post-pandemic recovery. The findings show stabilisation of growth rate, with Dutch HGFs continuing to grow despite market challenges. This analysis also highlights the growing prominence of smaller firms and the trend of more mature companies maintaining sustainable high growth. The Hospitality and Culture, sports and recreation sectors show strong recovery, while Energy and Agriculture sectors experience setbacks in sustaining growth. Experts Richard Wagenmakers (Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University) and Ronald Huisman (Erasmus School of Economics) emphasize the need for ecosystem coordination and public-private partnerships for a successful energy transition. An emerging focus is the role of gender in entrepreneurial leadership within HGFs, with data showing decline in number of women entrepreneurs. A case study featuring Nicola Ebmeyer of Gain.pro, a woman-led fintech HGF, offers insights into barriers and solutions for addressing the gender gap. Het gebouw dat vroeger elektriciteit leverde aan de hele stad, geeft ons nu energie als een bruisende broedplaats voor cultuurmakers en ondernemers.  Op 5 november verwelkomen we de CEO’s en C-level executives van de 250 snelst groeiende bedrijven in Nederland voor een middag van kennisuitwisseling en natuurlijk om de bijzondere prestaties van deze koplopers te vieren.  Benieuwd naar het snelst groeiende bedrijf van Nederland?
