'Tis the season to be jolly, and we couldn't be more excited about the makeover in our newly-refurbished Moxy Glasgow Merchant City. With an enormous city-inspired mural by the talented Alex Lucas (aka Lucas Anticst) taking pride of place in our social hub - known as "The Now" - enjoy a sneak peek of some of the playful new design elements and stay tuned for the full reveal in 2025!

Huge congratulation to Agnieszka Szczerbaniewicz- Nowak and the team at Element by Westin Wrocław, whose sustainable initiatives since the hotel opened in September have already earned a Green Key International accreditation. Having sailed through Green Key’s rigorous audit process with flying colours and achieved Gold LEED certification earlier this year, we’re delighted our guests can enjoy added peace of mind knowing they’re staying in a socially-responsible hotel that is committed to delivering the highest environmental standards.

It's always a pleasure to promote from within, and today we celebrate Lesya Batsuk's well-deserved promotion to Group Finance Manager. Lesya's commitment and expertise have ensured she's played a pivotal role at Hotel Co 51 as we've scaled up our portfolio across Europe over the last three years, and we're confident our finance department and senior leadership team will continue to thrive under her resourceful leadership. Witamy Element by Westin! A special day for the Hotel Co 51 team as we welcome our fifth Marriott International brand to our portfolio, with the opening of Element by Westin Wrocław. As only the second Element-branded hotel in Europe, and our second Polish property, we can't wait to introduce eco-conscious travellers to a more balanced and sustainable longer-stay experience. Donovan rejoins the team as Regional Director of Operations for our 17 UK properties, including Moxy Aberdeen Airport hotel, which he opened in 2016 as Captain. Now back overseeing our five fabulous Cluster General Managers across England and Scotland, Donovan's 20 years' hospitality experience will be invaluable as we build on each hotel's solid sustainable and operational foundations and empower our teams to make a positive lasting impact in the communities we serve.
