It was a great pleasure to team up with Miranda de Jager as CMC experts in the first Biological Development Simulation training by Learning By Simulation. We are proud to announce our collaboration with Trained Therapeutix Discovery (TTxD) on the route to clinic for their lead compound RIDE-001. NovoSere supports the TTxD team by performing risk & opportunity assessments and by providing in-depth technical analytical advice.  TTxD aims to treat today’s most detrimental diseases by regulating trained immunity with novel nanobiologic therapeutics, produced using advanced bioengineering methods. Their lead compound RIDE-001 is currently in preclinical stage for treatment of patients with solid tumors. We are proud to announce our collaboration with Lumox. NovoSere will act as plug-in CMC team to define the CMC roadmap towards first in human studies and to select fit for purpose & cost-effective CDMOs to enable manufacturing of the nanobody-drug conjugates. Lumox is developing a unique technology that allows them to kill cancer cells without affecting healthy cells. They treat cancer with minimal side effects, combining nanobodies and light. The technology has undergone extensive validation in preclinical models.
