🚀 Exciting times at Profile Equipment! Today, a group of talented students from Avans University of Applied Sciences kicked off our "uavAI" project, where we explore the potential of AI to detect camouflaged objects in real-time video streams from drones, onboard cameras, and even weapon systems. 🎥🤖 We’ve collected a specialized dataset in collaboration with the Dutch Defence Camouflage School, and over the next few weeks, the students will dive into preliminary research and a literature study. We're aiming to deliver a working proof of concept by February 2025!
