With its bold, expressive design, STACK is instantly recognizable from afar. A sculpture made of stacked blocks, its silhouette creates the illusion of constant movement, just like the flowing Maas river nearby. 🌊 Inside, the building offers an exclusive feel, with spacious single-family homes featuring gardens, stylish corner apartments with generous balconies or terraces, and luxurious penthouses. Large windows throughout provide breathtaking views over the Maas, the harbor, the park, and the Rotterdam skyline. At 70 meters tall, this residential tower boasts 77 luxury apartments, 2 penthouses, and 6 single-family homes across 22 floors, covering a total area of 16,450 square meters. 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝘼𝙣𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩: 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙪𝙨, 𝙐𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙩 🏘️ We are excited to announce a new project commissioned by Heddes Bouw & Ontwikkeling B.V. #Cartesius will become an innovative city district in #Utrecht, consisting of two main developments: VELD 09 and VELD 00. The Cartesius project includes 3,000 residences spread across 15 hectares, offering a range of housing options from townhouses to luxury penthouses, all surrounded by a thoughtfully designed green network. 🧱 For VELD 09, RED Bouw is working in three phases. To date, we have completed the substructure up to the first floor using traditional methods. From phase one onward, we will utilize tunnel formwork for construction from the first floor upwards, following a cycle of five days per floor. Currently, the fifth floor is being poured. 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠: 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙃𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙡 𝙣𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝘼𝙢𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙙𝙖𝙢 𝙍𝘼𝙄 🏢 This time we would like to show you a throwback of a project we did a while back: the hotel nhow in #Amsterdam commissioned by Pleijsier Bouw This hotel is the biggest of the #Benelux with 650 rooms and two underground parking layers. The building has 25 floors and a height of 91 meters. 🏗️ The superstructure consists of three stacked triangles, that are all placed under different angles. RED Bouw is proud to announce that we have reached the highest point on Kubus Katrijp! 🏗️ This has been celebrated accordingly and as an official act, an delegation of Bouwbedrijf M.J. de Nijs en Zonen B.V. and Stadgenoot have placed the elevator slab. For the low-rise buildings of block A, we have started the concrete works and with block B, we are currently doing prepatory work. Groundworks have been started for block C and D of the project. On top of that, RED bouw has been visited and audited by Aboma, the auditors have come to the conclusion that the Safety Culture Ladder on level 3 can be continued. Hyde Park is a modern city district consisting of 6 residential blocks. 🏘️ The current status of the different residential blocks:  🏡 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝟭: The flooring for the 9th level has been poured. 🏡 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝟮: For the 8th level, flooring has been poured. 🏡 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝟯: Commencement of a slab for the 10th level has been started, as well as the pouring of the walls. 🏡 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝟰: The slab for the 7th level has been placed. 🏡 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝟱: The 8th level floor is ready for pouring. 🏡 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝟲: We are currently working on the roof for the elevator. The successful installation of 127 foundation piles by FUNDEX Piling Group each 60 meters long, not only highlights the technical expertise of our partners but also reflects the ambition and vision we share for the future of Rotterdam. This project, a collaboration with RED Company and Redevco embodies our commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability. We have set the bar high, and thanks to the dedication of a specialized team and the supervision of Falcon Heitoezicht the first and crucial part of this large-scale project has been perfectly executed within the set deadline. We look forward to transforming this foundation into an iconic 159-meter-high residential tower that will not only enhance Rotterdam’s skyline but also contribute to the city’s livability and appeal. This is just the beginning of something great, and we are thrilled to be building the future alongside our partners. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: 𝗞𝘂𝗯𝘂𝘀 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗷𝗽 🏗️ We’re excited to share that the construction of the Kubus project, commissioned by Bouwbedrijf M.J. de Nijs en Zonen B.V., is making impressive strides! This week, we reached a significant milestone as the upper section of Block A has now reached its full height. The last concrete pour was successfully completed, and today marks another important step as we pour the hollow walls of the elevator shaft. 🚀 Meanwhile, in the lower section of Block A, our dedicated team is busy installing the reinforcement for the ground floor walls, while also actively programming the tunnels. This intricate work sets the stage for the upcoming phases of the project. The tunnel cycle is set to commence in week 42, which is an exciting next step in our progress. Looking ahead, we have even more on the horizon! We’re planning to kick off the structural work for Block B in week 49, and we can’t wait to see this project come to life.
