Welcome on board to Richard Craddock who will be working in our newly established Real Estate Debt team together with Rogier Joosten, exploring the option for making a debt allocation. Redevco is on a journey to grow the platform and diversify our activities. To this end, we have previously already onboarded Sasha Silver in the beginning of 2024 to set up and run our Global Client Group team and we promoted thierry cahierre to COO Real estate to focus more on asset and development management, underpinned by our commitment to sustainability as this is core to our efforts. In addition, we set up Redevco Capital partners headed by Mark Beaumont to target special situations opportunities across Europe and Redevco attracted Veronica Gallo-Alvarez to build out our investment management capability and focus on clients. Day two of EXPO REAL (Messe München) is about to begin and we are ready for it to be as good as day one! We have had a great start yesterday. Our stand B1.310 was really buzzing with activity, hosting many meetings with existing and new business relations. It was so wonderful to see so many people taking the time to meet with our team, and to join us for our 25yrs anniversary drinks, during which Neil Slater - now with us for one year - expressed his gratitude on behalf of all of us at Redevco to our partners for helping us build the business to what it is today.
