🎉 5 years ago, the Human Capital Agreement South-Holland was launched. Today the Provincie Zuid-Holland looked back and reflected on the results, lessons learned and the way forward during an event in The Hague. 🔎 Research shows that the Human Capital approach in South-Holland resulted in 5.2 billion euros of gross revenue and contributes to broad prosperity. It takes 15-20 years to reach full effects, so the work is not done. It a.o. requires triple helix collaboration, leadership, capital and a supporting organisation. 🧑🎓 As Security Delta (HSD), we contribute to several projects and programmes and connect the Province agreement to the National Human Capital Agenda Security. 👉 More info about the launch in 2019: https://lnkd.in/eR2Wp8Xy Provincie Zuid-Holland I Economic Board Zuid-Holland I We-IT: De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences I Gemeente Den Haag I Gemeente Rotterdam I Ministerie van Binnenlandse Zaken en Koninkrijksrelaties I Albeda College Economie & Ondernemen I Equals I Gemeente Zoetermeer I Hogeschool van Amsterdam I ICT Praktijk Academie I Security Delta (HSD) I BEE ideas I IT Campus Rotterdam I Venéco I PostNL I Main Capital Partners I Manpower I mboRijnland I NCOI Opleidingen I ROC Mondriaan I Tech Grounds I Young Digitals I YoungCapital NEXT I Young Colfield I

👏 New National Guideline for Transparent Communication on Sensors in Public Spaces As the deployment of sensors in public spaces continues to grow, effective and transparent communication becomes increasingly critical. Municipalities and government organisations are prioritising the need for clear messaging regarding sensor usage, with a strong focus on privacy, compliance with legal frameworks such as the GDPR, and ethical considerations. At the Smart Safety & Security Talk, organised by the Impact Coalitie Safety & Security insights into this newly developed communication guideline for the use of sensors were presented. Read here for the full recap on the Smart Safety & Security Talk and link to the new guideline: https://lnkd.in/eys4PsGx This initiative follows two years of collaboration by a diverse consortium, which includes the Responsible Sensing Lab, Gemeente Amsterdam, Gemeente Den Haag, Gemeente Utrecht, Gemeente Rotterdam, AMS Institute, Provincie Noord-Brabant, VNG (Vereniging van Nederlandse Gemeenten), and TU Delft. With the communication guideline for government sensors, an essential step is being taken toward greater transparency and trust for residents and visitors regarding the use of sensors in public spaces. For more information or questions about this new communication guideline, feel free to contact the Impact Coalitie Safety & Security.

📣 emproof & DDC-I announce strategic partnership! 🚀 For Emproof, this collaboration with DDC-I marks a major step forward in enhancing embedded system security, particularly in mission, safety and critical industries, like aerospace and defense. Nils Albartus, Emproof: "Our collaboration with DDC-I strengthens the security of Deos-based systems in critical industries like aerospace and defense. By integrating Emproof Nyx, system developers gain powerful tools to protect their software at the binary level, helping to ensure that intellectual property and sensitive data remain secure, even in the face of advanced reverse engineering and exploitation attacks.” Gary Gilliland, DDC-I: “By combining Deos’ reliable real-time operating system with Emproof Nyx, we are helping our customers defend against increasingly sophisticated cyber threats in the most demanding environments.” With their shared vision for the future, we are excited to see how this partnership will unlock new opportunities for innovation and growth! Interesse? Meld je dan aan via deze link: ⬇️ Merel Heijke I John van Ochten I Gemeente Eindhoven I Fons van Overbeek
