Het is een inspirerend ‘lees- en doeboek’ vol tips en recepten die je helpen duurzamer te koken. Sheila deelt haar overtuiging dat je met elk gerecht de wereld een beetje beter kunt maken.   In een recensie schrijft Jeanette van de Lint: “Er staan zeker recepten in en hele fijne ook maar een groot deel van het boek gaat over de transitie naar duurzaam en vaker plantaardig eten.
