🌞 Large-scale #PV system for flagship project “The Tube” in Düsseldorf! #Sunrock brings clean energy to the roof of the industrial and commercial park by Frasers Property Industrial: With an output of 6.7 MWp, the PV system rounds off the comprehensive #sustainability measures of the project, which is aiming for platinum certification from the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen (DGNB). 🌿 Development of the PV system began in September 2024, with commissioning planned for spring 2025. Solar power for BMW Group! ☀️ Sunrock is installing large-scale PV systems with a total capacity of 14 MWp at the BMW Group plants in Dingolfing and Regensburg. From 2025, these will supply renewable, locally generated energy as part of a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). This supports the expansion of renewable energy supply at the sites. 🌱 Sunrock is developing a total of 125,000 square metres of PV roof area for BMW, generating 14.2 GWh of electricity annually - enough to cover the needs of several thousand family households.
