Water is life. Water is motion. We shared photos of the VEN complex in Amsterdam before, but moving images paint a much clearer picture. Rots Maatwerk bv asked us to provide a sustainable lighting solution for the water staircase in front of the building. We used LED strips that are dirt resistant and water repellent, which makes maintenance easier. The strips were custom made and everything was tested beforehand. The existing control solution could be retooled, because our products are both cutting-edge and compatible with legacy technology.

Our partnership with Belgian manufacturer Exterus allows us to offer compact yet elegant lighting solutions. We highlighted the spherical Wally last week, but today's spotlight is on their Nala and Vela range. These tubes have a diameter of 40 mm and are available in three lengths (150, 222 or 370 mm). The Nala and Vela are very playful, especially when you combine different lengths or a pendant variant with surface mounting. And to finish it off, you can make it very luxurious with a champagne gold or gun metal finish. Want to know more? With the addition of Belgian manufacturer Exterus Lightology, our portfolio is bigger than ever before. But it also became smaller, in a sense. Their focus on mini and micro fixtures is a perfect addition to our range of products. Take their Wally, for example. A spherical spot with a diameter of 60 mm, while still outputting 500 lumen. The Wally is exceptionally versatile. It is both decorative and functional and can be installed in a number of ways.
