Vastint UK has received planning permission to bring one of Europe’s largest electric vehicle charging car parks to Aire Park in Leeds. The private multistorey car park will offer 433 spaces, all with electric vehicle charging capability. Congratulations to Vastint Poland for completing the second phase of Gdynia Waterfront. It consists of four office and residential buildings with underground parking. The newly constructed office buildings have a combined leasable area of nearly 16,000 m². The first two office buildings at Vastint UK’s Aire Park in Leeds are completed, offering 17,650 m2 of Grade-A commercial space. Designed with ESG and resilience at their heart, the buildings are targeting a BREAAM ‘Excellent’ certification, as well as having been pre-certified for a WELL Gold accreditation. Once complete, South Brook Street will feature seven buildings of 65,000 m2 high quality office space, alongside 3,700 m2 of retail space and a multi-storey car park. https://lnkd.in/eU4TWx4m #vastint #vastintuk #airepark #projectbyvastint 

Vastint Latvia celebrated the topping-out of the third phase of the Magdelena’s quarter in Riga. The building is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2025 and will feature 57 fully equipped homes for rent, as well as two commercial spaces. The development of Magdelena’s quarter began in 2015. The first phase, completed in 2018, comprised two buildings with a total of 116 apartments. Construction of the second phase - consisting of two office buildings - is currently underway. Building permits for the 4th and 5th phases were received last month.
