🌍 We are excited to announce that we have a new large lathe in our production! With the ability to produce up to Ø2000 mm, we can now handle larger dimensions than ever before. This provides us with entirely new capacity to meet the needs of our customers. With this new machine, we have doubled our machining efficiency in production. To make the most of this machine, experience operators are required, and we are proud to have such a skilled team for this! 🔧💪🏼 - Det gleder oss å annonsere at vi har fått en ny dreiebenk i produksjonen! Med mulighet til å dreie opp til Ø2000mm, kan vi nå håndtere større dimensjoner enn tidligere. Dette gir oss helt ny kapasitet til å møte behovene til våre kunder. Med denne nye maskinen har vi doblet effektiviteten på maskinering i produksjonen vår. 🌊 Enhancing Expertise with Certification for Larger Pipe Installations At SIMONA Stadpipe, we are proud to have upgraded our welding certifications. We are now certified to weld PE 100 pipes up to Ø1600 mm, using both butt- and electrofusion welding techniques. This certification enables us to take on larger and more complex projects within the land-based aquaculture sector. 🌍 SIMONA Stadpipe has signed a contract with Eyvi for the delivery and installation of a complete piping package at the Arctic Seafarm facility in Nesna. The installation work will begin in January 2025. The facility is located in close proximity to the sea and has well-established infrastructure. “We have already done significant work together with Eyvi on the detailed planning of the piping system and look forward to starting the installation,” says Nils-Per Sjåstad, General Manager of SIMONA Stadpipe. https://lnkd.in/dDWgJ4Jz - SIMONA Stadpipe har signert kontrakt med Eyvi på levering og installasjon av komplett rørpakke på anlegget Arctic Seafarm på Nesna. The final unit of nine nearly identical 1200 mm manifolds has been shipped to Hima Seafood in Rjukan! Over the past few weeks, Pål and Victoria have been working hard to ensure the completion of this last delivery. SIMONA Stadpipe joined the Norwegian aquaculture delegation to Ningbo, China, from October 27-29. Led by Consul General Tobias F. Svenningsen and Innovasjon Norge’s Henning Kristoffersen, the delegation explored China’s growing aquaculture sector. Our CEO Nils-Per Sjåstad participated in key meetings and visits, including the land-based aquaculture facility Nordic Aqua Partners.
