What happens when businesses, customers, and charities join forces? Christmas Magic, that's what. 💫 This year, Kura Kai ran a Christmas Bag Campaign, delivering 500 thoughtfully packed pēke (bags) to rangatahi (youth) across New Zealand. Generous partners like Nothing Naughty, with the help of their pay-it-forward customers, played a key role in making this possible. Their protein-packed goodies added an extra layer of love to each bag. TIS’ THE SEASON OF GIVING – although S&L do it continuously: S&L are a Civil Engineering and Land Development Consultancy - or as we like to refer to it, COMMUNITY CREATORS. Every month we donate $1,000 to the GoGenerosity community. As a result of our ongoing partnership and generosity, we have donated over $31,000 (and counting) and 1,994 people (and counting) have been positively impacted!   GoGenerosity is a platform that enables and amplifies generosity and facilitates this direct to areas of our community that need it the most. This can include feeding, clothing and protecting the homeless, paying for medical procedures, bringing light to those with terminal illness, helping vulnerable children and women, supporting charities, community and voluntary groups. A couple of days ago we received this story from a lady going through domestic who has received support from National Collective of Independent Women's Refuges here in NZ. "I knew that things were not good. I wanted to leave for a long time, but it felt impossible. One night I just couldn’t take it anymore. The yelling and always feeling like I had done something wrong, it was always my fault…so I took the kids and left. I was so scared but with the support of Women’s Refuge I was able to start again and not live on the edge all the time.
