Qantas announced today some changes to the way they offer their fares and other value added products and services to the travelling public. Their announcement refers to the New Distribution Capability (NDC) which Orbit has historically referred to, and many airlines have now adopted as a way to display fares, personalise trips and deliver value added offers. As a valued partner to the Qantas network, Orbit can reassure you that we have access to all the new fare and product options that are available via Qantas’ NDC network. No changes will take effect until after 1 July, 2025. Your Orbit consultant will outline any implications for you at the time of booking in the normal way.
