  • We recently sponsored the Property Council New Zealand site tour of the new One New Zealand Stadium. It was a fantastic opportunity to get inside this incredible development and hear first hand about the build. As proud Cantabrians, we are excited to see the stadium grow, and are looking forward to the positive impact it will have for our community.

#SITETOUR 👷♀️ South Island members recently joined us for an exclusive site tour of One New Zealand Stadium, the newest and most innovative multi-functional venue in Waitaha Canterbury. This was a unique opportunity for property and construction professionals to explore a world-class facility designed for business, community, culture, sports, and entertainment. Thank you so much to One New Zealand Stadium and sponsor White Fox & Jones for providing the opportunity for Property Council members to see this new icon in Ōtautahi Christchurch. #propertycouncilnz #memberexclusive

  • We are proud to highlight the work of our consultant, John Craw, in his recent fight against the Christchurch City Council. Their sea-level rise plan for Banks Peninsula would cut off road access to his property, and that of others, in Port Levy. As someone who was born, has farmed, and continues to live on the Peninsula, John is very passionate about his community and its future. John brings invaluable local knowledge and a deep understanding of the community's unique challenges, ensuring that the solutions proposed will not only be effective but also considerate of the local way of life. John uses this same approach with his clients, ensuring they get the right solutions for their specific situations, if you are keen to know more, get in touch. • One of the highlights this year was Sam Thorp's promotion to Partner. To celebrate this achievement, he appeared on Chisholm Clarke's 'What a Lawyer Podcast,' where he discussed his journey from Clerk to Partner in just seven years. His episode became the top performer of the season. We think it's well worth a listen, and clearly lots of other people did too. Check it out over the summer break!

  • Whilst we are proud of all of the work we do, there are some projects that stand out. Our recent collaboration with Paddy, Gayle and Rebecca Cotter, and Fox and Associates, to progress a covenant aimed at protecting the Rehutai Museum at Menzies Bay, Banks Peninsula, is one of those. This is a significant step towards preserving the rich cultural heritage and natural beauty of this hidden treasure, and ensuring it remains for future generations.    White Fox & Jones consultant, John Craw, is a Banks Peninsula local and grew up nearby in Little Akaloa, so it was particularly special for him to be involved in this project.    Learn more about this important project and our collective efforts here: https://lnkd.in/guvgvMjr

  • We are proud to continue our support for Aviva by donating gifts again this Christmas. Our staff have been donating unwrapped gifts to help brighten the holiday season for families impacted by family and sexual violence. Aviva is a remarkable organisation dedicated to supporting families affected by family and sexual violence. Each year, they gather gifts and donations to help alleviate the stress and financial burden many families face during the holiday season. Aviva's initiatives include providing food boxes, vouchers, and unwrapped gifts suitable for all ages. Their goal is to restore dignity and bring joy to families by ensuring parents have gifts to give their children, reminding them of the kindness and support of their community. • On Sunday, our White Fox & Jones duck took part in the More FM Great Canterbury Duck Race! This fantastic event was all about raising funds for Life Education Trust and supporting children across Canterbury. It was a thrilling race down the Avon River, and while our duck didn’t win, it still made it to the end in one piece - so we are proud nonetheless!
